you can set up which lights you want to use in the global pfGeoState using
pfGStateAttr

Subject: light that cast shadows but don't cast light

Hi All,
Is it possible to set up a pfLightSource so that it
only casts shadows but does NOT light the scene? Why
am I doing this you may ask? I have written a shadow
Vega module but unfortunately the vgLight is based
only on pfLights. So I create another pfLightSource in
the scene at the same position as the original
vtLight(really a pfLight) but the problem is that it
is also illuminating the scene. So I want to get the
benefits of the shadow from the pfLightSource but not
have it add light to the scene. Can anyone shed any
light on this (sorry, pun attended).

Regards,
Christian Skluzacek
