Hello,
I just got the new Performer 2.5 and have the following problem:
I have several applications that use cliptextures and they were working
fine in 2.4, and I mean fine in the console of our Onyx 3400, and also
running remotely from an O2 (although cliptexturing was not enabled in
this case).
With Performer 2.5, they still work fine in the console. But when running
from the remote O2 they behave in various undesirable ways. Indeed, they:
dump core, freeze, mess up the tiles, or just make the O2 crash.
This makes me think that the new cliptexture emulation feature is
conflicting with something. As the developer's manual is still for
2.4 I can not find any information about how to proceed. The new man
pages do not provide any helpful advise or information.
Any idea of what I have to modify, so my Performer 2.4 applications can
run from the remote O2 using Performer 2.5? (Even if the cliptexture
emulation is off.)
Thanks,
Marco
