Not yet. ( Because I was expecting a response from the Performer team,
but it looks like they are not available now. )

I will need to have a look at the thread library on my distro ( SuSe 7.3
) and check if it is compiled with exception handling options.
If that it not the source of the problem and then I am clueless.

The number of reports of this problem is closing to multiple digits,
anyone listening :) ?
