I was on vacation for a while, I'm back now. Sorry for the delay.

Multisampling seems to be broke in the 2313 driver. It worked in an
earlier pre-release of the driver (1551). I just sent an email to NVidia
letting them know about the problem. hopefully, it'll be resolved soon.
