Hello Performers,

I have a Performer APP that do sysmp CALL.
I want to make this executable non suid root and use capabilies for
allowing sysmp for simple users.

I tried to add CAP_PROC_MGT+epi to the capability file for my user and I
make chcap for my executable and no results.

Is anyone have already use capability system and can you send me a
example.
