Hi Mike !
Another potential problem:
Do you use pf2.4 multi-processed (pf2.3 is always single-processed) ?
Do you modify the contents of your geometry (lines ?) on the fly ?
If the answer is yes on both, you should take a look at fluxed geosets and
pfFlux in general.
