Hi!
As you changed the color to white - did you also turn off lighting on
the geostates attached to your geosets? Changing PFTE_MODULATE to
PFTE_REPLACE would also help but you might save some vertex performance
if you turn off lighting (as long it doen not cause you additional state
changes...).
