Hello again,

I just want to be a little more specific regarding our problem.
We built up a USB to DB15 converter in order to connect the joystick
to the unwinder. Has anyone tried this, if so, then what success
or problems have you had.

Thanks

Mike

Subject: USB Joysticks and UNWINDER

Hello,

I hope someone can shed some light on our problem.
We have been using Sidwinder Precision Pro serial joysticks with the
UNWINDER in our application.
We are now trying to interface the UNWINDER to Sidwinder Precision 2 USB
joysticks using
a USB to serial converter. The problem is that the application does not see
any data from the
Precision 2 joysticks. We have checked the pin-outs and the converter seems
correct. Has anyone
else tried something like this?

Thanks

Mike
