Perhaps you have your display configured in 16 bit mode ("64k colors"). I
haven't ever used a Geforce2go, but with the regular desktop nVidia cards,
when you're using 16 bit color, you also only get a 16 bit Z buffer (as
reported by glxinfo). This can lead to really severe Z fighting when the
far/near clipping ratio is large.
Switching to 24 bit color fixes it, but reduces the rendering performance.
