best option for performer, vega, and peopleshop

Hi performer:
Can Window or Linux operate these all 3: performer, vega, and peopleshop?
If so, is there any needed device for good perfermance?
If not, what can be the next best option (except SGI) for all the 3 in terms
of operating system and hardware devices?
