 We've found a hardware solution to be easier. An Onyx with
 a DG-2 or DG-5 RealityEngine card can generate NTSC/PAL
 TV output that mirrors whatever is on the monitor. Feed
 that into a digital camera/recorder while the app is
 running, convert to MPEG at your leisure in Premiere or
 something similar.
