What I am getting at here is that if you turn up the value of PFNFYLEVEL
to 5 and use PFLD_LIBRARY_PATH to specify the path to the DSOs you have
built, Performer will tell you why it can not load them. In your case
though it sounds like your problem maybe related to a library you are
linking in a load time, libpfdu. One thing to make sure of is that you
are using the Performer supplied makefile as it includes pfmakedefs and
pfmakerules which use certain compiler options that seem to be necessary
for dynamic loading to work.
