Hi Daniel,

I had that problem when I didn't have all the required
fonts installed. The set I use now is:

rpm -qa | grep font
chkfontpath-1.7-2
tetex-fonts-1.0.6-11
urw-fonts-2.0-4
XFree86-100dpi-fonts-4.0.1-1.3
XFree86-75dpi-fonts-4.0.1-1.3
XFree86-ISO8859-2-75dpi-fonts-4.0.1-1.3
XFree86-cyrillic-fonts-4.0.1-1.3
ghostscript-fonts-5.50-1
XFree86-ISO8859-2-100dpi-fonts-4.0.1-1.3

hth,

gpk

I have installed Performer on my Linux laptop and ran into a problem: none of
the controls in perfly show up. There is a black box on the left side where the
controls window should be. While running, I also get this message:

Overlay windows not supported in Linux
