VR Juggler "Birds of a Feather" [BOF] at SIGGRAPH 2001

VR Juggler is the Open Source virtual reality application development
framework from the Virtual Reality Applications Center at Iowa State
University.
Sharing the hard-won experience of VR pioneer Carolina Cruz-Neira and
her research team, VR Juggler makes it possible for application
developers to ignore the details of VR development and focus on creating
new applications for immersive technology.
"Code Once, Experience Everywhere"
VR Juggler is scalable from simple desktop systems like VR-enabled PC
systems to complex multi-screen systems controlled from high-end work
stations and supercomputers. The VR Juggler development environment
supports many VR configurations including desktop VR, HMD, CAVE(TM)-like
devices, surround edge-blended screens, and Workbench(TM)-like devices.
It also supports many of popular operating systems such as IRIX, Solaris,
Windows NT/2000, and Linux.
