Performer on Linux

Hi everybody

I used to work with Performer 2.2 on a RedHat Linux 7.0 system.
Everything worked well. After a short break I now retake the work done,
increasing my system to Performer 2.4 and RedHat Linux 2.4. But I had
troubles compiling my libraries and applications and the system is very
unstable. I heard about incompatibilities between glibc and the new
Performer version, so I downgraded to glibc 2.1.92. Now, compiling
works, but the system is still unstable (perfly blocks, ...). Does
anyone of you know the source of these problems?
