pfDCS::setMat() and pfSCS::pfSCS() not using const matrices

Hello,

What is the reason that it is

     void pfDCS::setMat(pfMatrix &m);

and not

     void pfDCS::setMat(const pfMatrix &m);

Also, one would expect a pfSCS::pfSCS(const pfMatrix &m);

Are the matrices modified?
If not, a const could save me a copy operation.
