ASD Textures

I am relaying this question for a friend who is not quite on the list
yet.

I am having trouble with an ASD model that defines explicit texture
coordinates. To isolate the problem, I tried making slight
modifications to the "simpleASD.C" demo program:

- added texture coordinates and texture coord diffs to the
        ASDAttr structure, and filled in reasonable values
        (in the range 0-1).
- included the PFASD_TCOORDS flag in the
        asdNode->setAttr(PFASD_PER_VERTEX_ATTR...) call
- made creation and enabling of the pfTexGen objects selectable
        by command-line option.

If I leave the pfTexGen's enabled, the resulting program runs
exactly like the original texturing demo.

If I disable the pfTexGen's, the triangles are colored with
a single solid color from the texture. If I enable statistics
display, it shows zero texcoords.

It seems like the ASD node isn't supplying the per-vertex texture
coordinates, but I don't see what else I should set to make it do so.
