bugs and caveats for 2.4 Linux

I remember there being a page on the Performer website listing bugs and
caveats for the linux version 2.3 and the previous beta. Where is that
page now?

For example, with previous versions of Performer we were required to
compile with -O2... does that still apply? what other bugs are there?
