I'm just going through the usual rigmarole of sorting out
how to get my models from Max into Performer (complicated because
I want to programmatically mess with the scene graph afterwards).
Anyway one of the suggestions was to export as VRML and then
modify the file into inventor format, presumably because the
inventor loader support is better than the openworlds free loader
support (of course a University doesn't want to pay for the full
OpenWorlds loader!! ;)

On trying to load any iv file (including windmill.iv) into perfly
it fails. relevant messages from debug are:

3295 PF path for loaders:
3295 PF ":"
3295 PF etc etc
3295 PF "/usr/lib/libpfdb"
3295 PF Warning: pfdFindConvererDSO() - Could not load DSO for extension
"iv20"
3295 PF Warning: pfdFindConvererDSO() - Could not load DSO for extension
"iv"
3295 PF Warning: pfdLoadFile() Unable to load file windmill.iv because of
problem finding
                                        pfdLoadFile_iv

etc etc

...
Anyone any suggestions.. I've checked the libpfdf directory and everything
is there and
seems in place.
