libpfdem and libpfevt

Hello,

In the Performer's developers guide, on the section regarding how to
cliptexture an ASD (chapter 17), there is mention about what to do in case
of having virtual cliptextures, but it says to refer to libpfdem and
libpfevt for examples. My Performer distribution does not have those
libraries, would be possible for someone to point me to where I can get a
copy of them?
