Uh, I don't have benchmark numbers for you.
However, I do have some advice:

Stay clear from the Quadro variants:
They are a silly fabrication of the nVidia marketing dept.

A plain geforce can be promoted to a quadro, simply by
adding a resistor to it. You can read it allover the web,
e.g. at:

Quadro is nVidia's idea of selling the same product at a much
higher price on the CAD market wrt the games market.

Also, www.tomshardware.com did a review op OpenGL cards under
windows recently. You may want to read that. Personally I would
go for the GFIII. nVidia's drivers are closed-source but the
GFIII is well supported under linux.
