Hey all,
     The company I work for has a proprietary app that needs to read DWB
files. I understand that the format is open, and that (in the past) there
have been conversion programs to go between OpenFlight and DWB. Does anyone
know either:

1) Where to find a copy of the file format spec, or
2) Where I can find current versions of dwb2oflt (if such a thing even
exists)?
