OGL extension Tex Env in Performer

I'm using Linux Performer w/ the NVidia GeForce Ultra, and I want to use
multi-texturing w/ an OpenGL extension texture environment (COMBINE_EXT)

How do I set all the appropriate parameters for the pfTexEnv? Or do I create
a glTexEnv and somehow load that into the pfGeoState? Or do I need to put
in a GeoState callback?

I'm confused.
