At least GeForce 2 MX is available for PCI. Not sure about Geforce 3.

This is a note found in the README file shipped with the 1251 Linux
drivers, known bugs section:

 - Multicard, Multimonitor
        The PCI card does not get initialized properly when a GEForce 2 or
        GEForce 3 AGP card is also installed. In addition, X does not work
        reliably when two cards are used to drive multiple monitors.

...so apparently there are problems mixing PCI and AGP cards. It suggests,
however, that multiple PCI cards may be used simultaneously (as long as
you don't fiddle the TwinView stuff).
