Not sure what 2.4.? version we have installed. I was actually able to
resolve the problem by making sure that:
#include <Vk/VkMenuItem.h>
was the first include in the affected source files. This was actually a test
of
the first machine we had installed 2.4 on. For the time being, we are going
to
downgrade this machine to 2.2 like the rest of our machines. It seems the
versioning of the shared libraries between 2.2 and 2.4 causes other problems
we don't want to tackle right now.
Thanks,
