how to resolve multiply defined STUB

Hi pfGroup,

        Performer 2.4 defines STUB in pr.h, and Viewkit header VkMenuItem.h also
uses STUB as part of an enumeration, causing a compile problem. We did not
have this problem in Performer 2.2, since STUB was not used in that version
of pr.h. Has anyone run into this problem before when mixing Viewkit and
performer, and could offer a solution?
