Hello,
I have the following problem. Based on the terrain.c code from asdfly, I
made an ASDTerrain C++ class for one project I am working on. However,
the ASD is invisible. This is driving me crazy, as I have tried almost
everything and have the following behaviour:
1.- If inside the ASDTerrain.C file, instead of the asd terrain, I change
the model to the esprit.pfb model, it works and can see the car. So the
ASDTerrain code is actually communicating with the rest of the code.
2.- Now, if I take the ASDTerrain code, and integrate it to the C++
version of perfly (by adding the .h and .C files to the distribution, and
changing one line in the perfly loader section), it works and can see the
terrain. So, the ASDTerrain code itself is loading and displaying the
terrain perfectly.
3.- So, if the ASDTerrain code works, and it is communicating to the rest
of the code, then maybe the model is somewhere else, so I created a
bounding sphere around the ASD, centered in the scene and gave it a radius
comparable to the other models. But still does not work.
Any ideas of what I am doing wrong? or what would be the way to proceed
to debug my code?
Thanks in advance,
Marco
