how to get proper reading from pfChanPick with GUI?

Hi,

I need to use pfChanPick while GUI is turned on, but the reading of the
object coordinates obtained in this way is off because the viewport is
different from when displaying the database with GUI turned off. Anyone
knows how to fix this?
