hi all,

This is with regard to the problem of using Performer 2.4 with glibc2.2.
Has anyone found a work-around to this problem without having to downgrade
to glibc2.1? And does anyone know when the next Performer release will be
for Linux?

RedHat 7.1 (this is what i'm using) comes by default with glibc2.2 and about
a billion packages depend on it, so downgrading is not an option (unless i
can just replace the glibc2.2.so with 2.1.. .but that worries me for some
reason).

I tried linking with static versions of libc.a--- no dice.

Thanx
Robert
