pfASD - LoDs??

Hi Performers,

I created a terrain from DEM-files, but if I load it in ASDfly I can't see
any LoD switching in or out.
I assumed creating LoDs happens by setting pfdASDGenNofLevels (asdgen, 6).
It seems like I'm only seeing the lowest LoD. If somebody had a snippet for
me and / or a good suggestion what I'm doing wrong would help me alot.
