pfHi,
I'm running Performer from Debian 2.4.2 TESTING (not unstable any
more). My application gets compiled & linked smoothly (thanks to libc6
2.2.2-1), but when i run and debug I get following error:
Program received signal SIGSEGV, Segmentation fault.
0x4054229e in pfMemory::ref () from /usr/lib/libpf.so.1
(gdb) info frame
Stack level 0, frame at 0xbffff8dc:

called by frame at 0xbffff8f4

Locals at 0xbffff8dc, Previous frame's sp is 0x0
Saved registers:
ebx at 0xbffff8d8, ebp at 0xbffff8dc, eip at 0xbffff8e0
I get the same error on a Redhat 7.0. But when I run it on a
UNSTABLE debian system, with the 2.2.2-1 (TESTING) libc6 installed, it
runs perfectly !
Someone knows the solution to this weird problem ? I can't figure it out
after days and days of looking and searching on the internet. I'm
getting quite desperate ! Please help.
Thanks a lot in advance,
ive.
