I suggest to try increazing the shared arena size ...

try something like

setenv PFSHAREDSIZE 1500000000

or even

setenv PFSHAREDSIZE 2300000000

(if you run csh or tcsh shell ;-)

then run your app ...

those tricks saved me a lot of times ;-)
