Donna,
You can increase your shared arena by setting the env. variable PFSHAREDSIZE
to a larger value than the default 256MB. This will give you up to about
450MB. If you need to increase your shared arena more than that, you will
have to use some script that I once posted on this list. Unfortunately, as
me web page is unaccessible right now, I will send it to you if you
encounter this problem.
