Hi there,

you probably need to download the NVIDIA_kernel tar file and un-tar it.
Then cd into the directory and type: make install
You need to make sure you have your kernel headers installed
(/usr/include/linux/ or /usr/src/linux/include/linux/).
They mention this briefly in their linux faq:
