I am having difficulty using cliptextures in a heavily modified version
of
perfly. When I zoom in on a texture, the focused part is off of the
screen.
The finer texture can be seen to the left when the image is further from
the
camera, but as it's zoomed in it shows the coarser resolution in the
center of
the screen and pushes the finer resolution off the screen to the left.
Is
there some performer call to center the area in focus on the display? I
am a
relative newcomer to performer so any pointers would be appreciated.

More details: I tried various settings when creating the texture with
clipgen
and/or clipgen_64, such as changing the clip size between 512 and 1024,
and
using a texture of 8192x8192 or 16384x16384, and modifying the invalid
border
between 8 and 32. Is there a clipgen setting to help with this? I have
other
cliptextures of as fine a quality and size and they are focused in the
center
of the screen like I expect.

Please email responses to esok++at++cosimo.gsfc.nasa.gov. I'm waiting to get
on the
performer mailing list. Thank you very much.

Erik
