perf-licence still in varsity?

Hi pfGroup,
this might be a bit out of scope but since the german SGI emps
seem to have trouble getting to the information needed i thought
i ask you...
Since perf 2.4 the licence model has changed a bit (it seems). Is
the 2.4 update still included in the varsity licence? I have gotten
the irix 6.5.10 update and i was expecting a performer update too.
But it didn't show up...
The german customer support didn't have any information about that.
Does anybody has?
