I'm note sure from your code if your calling pfDraw and pfDrawBin
you should do one or the other not both other wise your drawing twice

I'm having problems with channel bins in performer 2.4. They don't
appear
to work correctly.
I have written a simple program which I have attached which works OK in
performer 2.2.8,
but works incorrectly in performer 2.4. It appears geometry I thought I
had
assigned to certain
bins appear not to be assigned to these bins and are rendered when
calling
pfDrawBin(-1).

Any assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.
