Hi Harry,

It looks like the file you are trying to load may have a bad Color table entry in it. Would it be possible for you to send me the file in question so I can confirm that?

Subject: Performer 2.4 for Linux and Open Flight files

Using OpenGL Performer 2.4 for Redhat Linux 6.1, XFree86 4.0.1, Nvidia 0.9.5

Tried to open an Open Flight file in perfly only to get the message "perfly:
mgswap.C: 431: int openAndConvertFile(const char*, unsigned char**, int*):
assertion 'bead -> length >= bytesSwaped' failed" on our Linux box.

The same error occurs using the previous version of Linux Performer.

The thing is, it opens fine on our SGI machines using Performer 2.2.8.

Any ideas welcome!

Regards,

Harry.
