Well cliptexture is tested and working. Someone else suggested zbuffer,
I think that is probably a good bet, watch how you select your visual,
visual ID's change from pipe to pipe in mysterious and arbitrary ways so
attributes are the way to go, in addition too few RM's, big managed
areas & expensive attributes can bite you.

The only slightly worrying thing is the black buildings, hopefully it's
because the buildings have back facing surfaces internally which
overwrite the exterior facade due to depth test fail.
