Linux-Performer FSAA

I am currently running Preformer (perfly) with the following configuration and cannot get more than a 15Hz frame rate with FSAA on (60Hz with FSAA off):

Gateway, 500MHz, PIII
Creative Labs GeForce 2 Ultra, 64Mb
Nvidia driver 0.9.5
Xfree 4.0.1
Red Hat Linux 6.2
1024x768, 24 bpp

Is there a way to improve this? Has anyone been able to run Performer with FSAA at a faster frame rate? What configuration?

Also, is it true that the Voodoo 5500 Linux driver doesn't support FSAA yet?
