the app comes with the loader DSOs. Download here:

If you want loader source, let me know and I will package
them up for you. The loaders were written by Rick Weyrauch
a couple of years ago. I made improvements to them when writing
my CAVE QUAKE II app.

BTW, if any of you Performer people are ever in this area
(central Illinois) and want a demo of CAVE QUAKE II, just
let me know...
