Database paging itself is supported but since version 2.3.x only
supports single-process operation overall, paging is somewhat moot
because you can't have a separate asynchronous DBASE thread.

Performer 2.4 supports multi-process operation in Linux and therefore
paging functionality via a separate DBASE process will be available
there as soon as 2.4 is released.
