What I committed is the internal mechanism to display what coverage of
data is in the Catalog. The data is selected by categories that will
include default categories defined by type and resoltion. Resolution
categorization is not there yet. You can try out what has been
committed by running the TestKeyboardClient program and typing any of
the cat commands (cat for catalog). the current options are cat.list,
cat.display and cat.hide which list, display and hide the categories
which are currently defined in the 3D view. The selection mechanisms
can be adopted for controlling what kind of data to use in rendering the
terrain but that capability would need a user interface and a upgrade to
the celestialBody code, but is in the current design on how to select
data to render with.
