Hi Performer Team,

I'm using the pfutil functions to read the keyboard. I wanted to use the
extended keyboard keys Home, End, PageUp, PageDown in my application. I
found that these are not supported by the libpfutil keyboard handling
functions, although they are by the underlying X and GL keyboard
libraries. So, I modified the Performer 2.2 files as installed to
include these (attached for anybody that would also like to use these
keys). Maybe this could be included in a future release (if not already
done)?
