Yes, the program was core dumping because of the call

pfPWinWSDrawable()

from the InitPipe() function.

I have commented that line and the program works
except that no input from keyboard or mouse is read.
The GetInput function that is registered as an event
handler is never called for the event masks that were
specified (keypress, mousemove, etc). It is only
called when the window is redimensioned.
Is there a way to have Motif & Performer on Linux and
get keypress (and maybe mouse) events?
