Hi Mark,

Sorry, this is a bug in pf2.3. If I remember correctly, you can comment
out the pfPWinWSDrawable() line and motif.c will work with ForkMotif=0.
(ForkMotif=1 will not work because none of the necessary shared memory
stuff is implemented in 2.3).
