Converting *.dgn to *.pdf

Hi,

I have a client that would like to convert a *.dgn file format to a *.pdf
file format this is becoming rather urgent and I did not even know that a
*.dgn file extention existed until today. If it is possible is there some
way you could assist me in this regard. I know that he is using
Microstation.
