I've got a pre-compiled one for Performer 2.3.1 and the Open Source
Open Inventor here: http://reality.sgi.com/flynnt/

Performer 2.4 on Linux will come with a precompiled libpfiv.so that is
compiled against the Open Source version of Open Inventor.
