Setting the size of pfuPanel?

Hi all,

I was wondering if there is any way to specify the size of a pfuPanel? I
am trying to design a front-end for an app and would like lots of
panels. Am I right in thinking that multiple pfuPanels can be designed,
then enabled or disabled as necessary, say for example a "load file"
panel a la Windows? If not can someone please recommend any software
that I could use to accomplish this?
