Hi Brynn,

yes, it is a Performer app. I wrote it. :)

The app runs on both IRIX and Linux. Originally, the museum
was running it off of an Octane but it is now running off of
a Linux box with GeForce graphics. I also have a CAVE version.

The river pilot simulator is just one component of a NSF
funded project called RiverWeb. It's a consortium of three
museums along the Mississippi River and NCSA (National
Center for SuperComputing Applications) where I work.
